We had a great stay with a central location close to shops, and it was easy to access transportation. the staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi connection was good.

The Christmas Markets nearby were wonderful, providing great entertainment and delicious food options. the hotel's location was very convenient, allowing easy access to shopping and transportation. Lastly, the room was clean and tidy upon my arrival.
The noise level at night was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. Loud music and shouting from the nearby nightclubs kept me awake until the early hours of the morning.

location was great, staff was nice, comfortable room
it's not the most quiet hotel. i wasn't bothered by the karioki bar but all sort of noises like doors shutting and housekeeping. internet was not working all the time.

This hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and is very close to transport links. the location is great for exploring the cathedral area with its many shops and attractions. Despite the busy area, the hotel is quite quiet and offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
The check-in process was poorly handled and took a long time.

The location and the staff were excellent. We also had quiet nights and slept very well (stayed on the 5th and 6th floors). We didn't have any problems with the noise from the streets or from the karaoke bar. They also offered a cheap parking facility around the corner. 12.50€ for the first day and then 6.00€ for the succeeding days.
Breakfast was good and had a varied choice except for the scrambled eggs that they serve. We took our breakfast around 9:30am and the scrambled eggs were no longer fresh. Maybe it has already been cooked early in the morning but since there were not many people in the hotel, the eggs stayed longtime and were not replaced.

The bedroom was spacious and I really liked the bathroom.
Wifi in the room did not work. Upon departure, the receptionist informed that we could have asked for a cable. We know it for next time!

The friendliness of the staff at the reception. They were very helpful in all: booking the taxi, arranging the iron, giving all the needed information, etc.
Shabbiness of the hotel with the unsuccessful attempt to be masked under the Thai theme, with broken mirror, falling shower stove, old TV set. No way a 4 star hotel. Even among 3 star hotels could be rated as the medium in the best. Please, keep in mind that I was lucky to get a calm room on 4-th floor with no noise from the bar and I was using it only for 2 nights to get some sleep after Anuga fair. If it were for holidays,it would be a disaster.

Free WiFi was a savior for my browsing addiction and the hotel's central location made it convenient to shop and explore. I loved how close it was to the underground station, because who wants to walk everywhere?
Oh, just delightful to have smoke-free hotel.

Clean rooms
No good shower: temperature of the water changes from very hot to very cold. And in the evening no water.

Good location near the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms. Cheap parkin(12,5 EUR for 24 hours) nearby.
First day nobody was in the reception.
